An increasingly broad range of student groups are available. Many of these are formed by like-minded students who then recruit a staff member to facilitate activities. Some groups, like the Chess Club, provide training and competition while others, for example the Amnesty group, meet for a specific purpose. Whatever the reason, students can follow their passions while learning to plan and manage events and lead others.
