St Leonard's College fields some strong, talented competitors in all levels of Athletics championships. The 2012 ACS Sports Day was held on May 25 under inclement weather conditions. The event at Albert Park had to be cancelled after only the 1500m, 100m and most of the 400m had been run.
Unfortunately we have been advised that the event will not be rescheduled.
Some highlights of the May 25 event included Charlotte Simpson winning her race in the 400m and year 8 student Tim Davis came 2nd in the 400m in a very fast time beaten only by Felix Lonergan of St Michael's (the third fastest 400m runner of his age group in Australia).
