It is designed for general fitness and to improve running speed and endurance.
The twice weekly sessions are open to students, parents and staff. It supports existing training for students in their chosen sports.
The session is facilitated by the College's running coaches and meets at the Hawkes Sports Centre each Tuesday and Thursday morning at 6.45am.
Morning sessions are only for years 7-12 students.
For students in
years 4, 5, 6 there is a running club session with David Jennings on Friday
afternoons from 3.45pm-4.45pm.
