Tai Chi is an
ancient form of exercise from China. Originally a martial art, it is now
practised mainly for its health benefits. The slow flowing movements are
combined with deep breathing to promote a balance between the body and the
mind. Tai Chi will help to improve flexibility, coordination, balance,
concentration and fitness. It is enjoyable and relaxing to perform. It is
suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.
