Triathlon Training Program
The aim of
the program is to address all aspects of triathlon and ensure in these winter
months we build our fitness and increase skills.
Ideally, to
do this, we are expecting two sessions of each discipline are done each week.
Swimming
If you
currently swim in the Advanced or Intermediate Squad in the mornings you should
continue to do so.
ADVANCED
SQUAD : MON/WED/FRI 6.30-8am
INTERMEDIATE
SQUAD : TUES/THUR 7-8am
Special Triathlon Squad Swim training : Friday 3.30-4.30pm.
You must commit
to two swim sessions a week.
