The Community Day Fair was yet again, a huge success. This year, the newly refurbished school grounds splashed with red, yellow and blue bunting and signs, made the 2013 fair stand out from the rest.
The day had plenty of highlights, some of which included:
- The amazing $3.00 lolly bags from The Candy Buffet Company’s fully donated stall.
- ELC4 stall selling out - 56 packets of their hand-made cards were sold before 1pm!
- The ever popular “Tip the Bucket” getting some very important people wet.
- The talented displays of school music, drama, sport and cheerleading.
The School and the Fair Committee would like to thank everyone who volunteered their time before, during or after the day, to those that contributed items to the various food and non-food stalls and to anyone that bought something at the Silent Auction. Also not forgetting the thousands that donated by just coming on the day and purchasing the fantastic food, drinks and wrist-bands\ride tickets that were on offer. It’s truly a fabulous collaboration between parents, staff, teachers and students.
A few special mentions:
Stuart and the team at Cyclone Advertising, thank you for the design and artwork of all the logo’s, newsletters, labels and signage.
To all the supplier sponsors who paid for their signage to be displayed on the day - Monjon, AG Property Services, Moorabbin Transit, Russell Kennedy Solicitiors and Macmor Electrical Contractors
A massive thank you goes out to all the fantastic business’s that contributed and supported the 2013 St Leonard’s Community Day Fair. These included:
