The College is seeking an inspired educationalist to lead staff and stimulate student learning in years 7 to 9. This role is a vital member of the Leadership Team.
The Head of Middle School is a senior position and is accountable for the day to day implementation of the Middle School educational program, its leadership, management and organisation for years 7 to 9.

All staff are responsible for understanding and applying the College’s Child Safety and Protection Policy and procedures including being compliant with the Child Safety Code of Conduct and being proactive in reporting any concerns or identified risk.
Where students are under staff care, there is an obligation to take all practical steps to protect students where a risk to students’ safety has been identified.

- Applicants are required to supply the name, address and telephone number of three referees, two of whom must be able to comment on the applicant’s professional work (or training). One referee should be of a current or most recent employer.
- An employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) or Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration is required to be undertaken by any persons working in the field of education who may come into contact with children without direct supervision. The WWCC is valid for a five (5) year period and the VIT for one year.
- All teachers must have a current VIT registration. The successful applicant will be required to produce original copies (from which a photocopy will be made) of transcripts of qualifications claimed.
