Cornish Campus at Patterson River
Awarded ‘Secondary Teaching Team of the Year’ in the Herald Sun Teacher of the Year Award, 2005 and the University of New South Wales ‘Sustainable School of the Year 2004’.
The Richard B Cornish Campus at Patterson River is located just 30kms from the CBD. The campus caters for the needs of students from early learning through to year 10. Students can learn, grow, discover and play in the unique 40 hectare bush and wetland setting. Visitors often comment on the strong sense of community and inspiring creative energy of the campus. College curriculum and programs such as the IB Primary Years Programme, EcoKids, Experts in Residence and Make a Difference Week encourage students to adopt higher order thinking skills and to consider personal, social and environmental sustainability issues now and in their future lives.
