ACS Swimming Champions Third Year in A Row

St Leonard’s College are back-to-back champions yet again at the annual ACS Swimming Championships, which was held on Thursday 16 March at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatics Centre.

Our boys and girls delivered a full day of outstanding swims, capturing first place across all year levels in the 50m Freestyle, 50m Backstroke, 50m Breaststroke, 50m Butterfly, 100m Freestyle and in the 200m Freestyle Relays (year 7 to 9 Girls, year 9 and year 12 Boys).

St Leonard’s achieved 1,915 points throughout the day, with new records set by our Liam Murphy (year 7 – 50 Free and Back), Beau Kulik (year 9 – 50 Free and Back), and Lucy George (year 10 – 50 Fly).

Securing a total of three premierships would not have been possible without consistent efforts from our swimmers across all competition. Well done team!
