The College is seeking an experienced administrator with a background in travel booking and coordination.

The administrator is the first point of contact for queries and enquiries relating to the CUE Programme and the Big Experience; organisation and implementation of overseas and domestic travel for student groups and staff travelling overseas or interstate; help with overflow and cover of general Middle School administration tasks.

This is a permanent full time term time position. Annual leave is included in College deemed non-attendance time. There may be times where work will need to be completed in term breaks, this will be negotiated as Time in Lieu to be taken at a mutually agreed time during term.

  1. Applicants are required to supply the name, address and telephone number of three referees, two of whom must be able to comment on the applicant’s professional work (or training), during the past five years.
  2. An employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) or Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration is required to be undertaken by any persons working in the field of education who may come into contact with children without direct supervision. The WWCC is valid for a five (5) year period and the VIT for one year.
  3. The successful applicant will be required to produce original copies (from which a photocopy will be made) of transcripts of qualifications claimed.
