Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Assistant

The College is seeking casual Holiday Program assistants to work with children between the ages of 5 and 12.
OSHC runs both before and after school programs and a holiday program during term breaks. The position calls for a person who values and respects young children and would have a demonstrated ability to work flexibly as a member of a team.
The College reserves the right to interview and employ a successful candidate before the closing date.

- Applicants are required to supply the name, address and telephone number of three referees, two of whom must be able to comment on the applicant’s professional work (or training), during the past five years.
- An employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) or Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration is required to be undertaken by any persons working in the field of education who may come into contact with children without direct supervision. The WWCC is valid for a five (5) year period and the VIT for one year.
- The successful applicant will be required to produce original copies (from which a photocopy will be made) of transcripts of qualifications claimed.
