St Leonard's College is a member of the Association of Coeducational Schools (ACS), a premier coeducational interschool sports association in Melbourne, committed to providing as many opportunities to play sport as possible whilst enhancing the wellbeing of all students.

St Leonard’s College has enjoyed significant success in ACS sport, winning the following Senior 1sts competitions since the inception of the ACS in 1998:
