The Community Day Fair is happening on Saturday 10 December!
Time: 10.00am – 4.00pm
The weather is looking fabulous; 25 degrees and mostly sunny with light winds. The perfect weather for a Fair!!
Parking No parking available on campus. Parking in the surrounding streets will be limited. Please do not park across driveways or block roads. Council officers will be patrolling the surrounding streets. We suggest that you bring a backpack for your shopping and take advantage of the beautiful weather by walking or riding your bike (the bike racks will be open, BYO bike lock).
The Gates on South Road will be open.
Free Entry Entry to the Community Day Fair is FREE (wristband or tickets required for rides and some attractions).
Cash and Card Unless otherwise stated all stalls will accept both cash and card. If paying with cash, correct change is appreciated. Note the Chocolate Trailer Game and the Tours of the Harefield Tower will both require gold coins.
Wristbands and Ticket Books Pre purchased wristbands and ticket books may be collected from the College Main Reception on South Road until 4.00pm today. Pre purchased Wristbands and Ticket books not collected before the Fair may be collected from the Ticketing and Information Tent on the day of the Fair.
You may also buy Wristbands and Tickets from the yellow Ticketing and Information Tent on the Main Oval tomorrow.

Some highlights of the program are: Welcome to Country including a smoking ceremony and musical performance by the ELC 3 and 4 students at 10.00am Two stages of student musical entertainment – Leonardian Centre and Agora commencing at 10.30am Olympic Swim Relay at 11.00am House Olympics at 1.00pm Aesthetic Sport display at 1.30pm Student Art Exhibitions over three floors of the Visual Arts Centre and the Middle School Cafeteria Tower Tours – step inside the door marked “Out of Bounds” and climb the stairs to the top of the Harefield (gold coin donation) Arm painting Hair colouring Santa visit 3 on 3 Basketball competition – come and try Festival of Giving Christmas Tree
Food There will be lots of great fun food available at the Fair including: Egg and Bacon Rolls Sausage Sizzle Hamburgers Baked Potatoes Dumplings Bubble Tea Fairy Floss Snow Cones Popcorn Little Sky gelato Dippin’ Dots
And the canteens will be selling coffee soft drinks, pastries, donuts, sushi, wraps and grazing boxes (for 2).
Things to buy at the Fair We will be holding a Community Market in the Junior School featuring, Cakes, Jams and Preserves, flowers, plants, resort wear, jewellery, homewares and lots of gorgeous gifts (do your Christmas shopping!)
There will be a Secondhand Uniform Sale in the Longroom of Harefield House from 10-12pm.
We will be holding a Silent Auction in the Leonardian Foyer. The Silent Auction will run from 3pm Friday 9 December until 3pm on Saturday 10 December. CLICK HERE for the silent auction.

Proceeds from the Fair Proceeds from the Community Day Fair will support our local, national and international philanthropic initiatives, including offering scholarships and supporting charitable initiatives that help disadvantaged youth.
Thank You The Fair Committee would like to thank all the College families who have donated items for the beautiful hampers, blocks of chocolate for the Chocolate Trailer Game, baked cakes and biscuits for the Cake Stall and attended the jams and preserves making days.
