First Round Interview

Should you be selected for the shortlist you will be contacted by the College and invited to attend a first round interview in the coming weeks.

Second Round

At St Leonard’s College the selection of new colleagues to join the team is a comprehensive one.  To this end, and following the initial interview, you may be asked to come in and teach a class (if applying for a teaching role) and/or participate in a second round interview as part of this selection process.

Written Communication

Unless you have been selected for a first round interview you will not receive any further written communication from the College following this initial acknowledgement.  Only those who attend an interview will receive notification in writing if they have been unsuccessful following any stage of the interview process.
