The College is seeking an experienced and dedicated teacher of Chinese.

This role is for an experienced and inspirational teacher of Senior School Chinese.

Experience in teaching International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, IB DP Chinese Language A and Victorian Certificate of Education, VCE Chinese First Language, are considered essential to the role.

This is a fixed term full-time position, covering a staff member on parental leave.

This role commences at the start of the 2022 school year, Monday 24th January, the new staff induction day, ending Thursday 15 December 2022.

The successful candidate must have Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration to commence the role.

  1. Applicants are required to supply the name, address and telephone number of three referees, two of whom must be able to comment on the applicant’s professional work (or training), during the past five years.
  2. An employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) or Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration is required to be undertaken by any persons working in the field of education who may come into contact with children without direct supervision. The WWCC is valid for a five (5) year period and the VIT for one year.
  3. The successful applicant will be required to produce original copies (from which a photocopy will be made) of transcripts of qualifications claimed.
  4.
