An exciting role at the College for an enthusiastic person to coordinate Debating and Public Speaking.

This full time position would suit a teacher with a passion for debating and public speaking. The College may also consider other qualified applicants with experience in working in this area.

While the teaching component may be regarded as permanent the Director of Debating and Public Speaking role, as will most positions of responsibility at the College, is tenured for three years.

This role commences Wednesday 22 January 2020, the new staff induction day.

  1. Applicants are required to supply the name, address and telephone number of three referees, two of whom must be able to comment on the applicant’s professional work (or training), during the past five years.
  2. An employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) or Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration is required to be undertaken by any persons working in the field of education who may come into contact with children without direct supervision. The WWCC is valid for a five (5) year period and the VIT for one year.
  3. The successful applicant will be required to produce original copies (from which a photocopy will be made) of transcripts of qualifications claimed
