Head Coach and Coordinator of Athletics & Cross Country

The primary function of the position is to provide dynamic leadership of the St Leonard’s College athletics and cross country teams by successfully igniting the passion and interests of all those connected to the community.

This role is initially a full time fixed term, term time, position for the duration of the 2022 year, to be reviewed in 2022 with possible ongoing employment. That is, given access to school term breaks, four weeks annual leave and College deemed shut down days are inclusive in this term time position.

The position commences at a mutually agreed date as soon as practical.

1. Applicants are required to supply the name, address and telephone number of three referees, two of whom must be able to comment on the applicant’s professional work (or training), during the past five years.
2. An employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) or Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration is required to be undertaken by any persons working in the field of education who may come into contact with children without direct supervision. The WWCC is valid for a five (5) year period and the VIT for one year.
3. The successful applicant will be required to produce original copies (from which a photocopy will be made) of transcripts of qualifications claimed.
4. 5. Remuneration for any position at St Leonard’s College is in accordance with the St Leonard’s College Agreement 2020.
