This position is for an enthusiastic and vibrant teacher to develop a world class singing culture across the College.

The Head of Singing is responsible for the planning, management and direction of the singing philosophy across all year levels. They will direct all aspects of singing and be ultimately responsible for all singing performances.

This is a permanent role, but with all positions of responsibility, the Head of Singing is tenured for three years.

This position commences in January 2020 with the College annual music camp.

The College reserves the right to interview and employ a successful candidate before the closing date.

Please note:

  1. Applicants are required to supply the name, address and telephone number of three referees, two of whom must be able to comment on the applicant’s professional work (or training), during the past five years.
  2. An employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) or Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration is required to be undertaken by any persons working in the field of education who may come into contact with children without direct supervision. The WWCC is valid for a five (5) year period and the VIT for one year.
  3. The successful applicant will be required to produce original copies (from which a photocopy will be made) of transcripts of qualifications claimed.
