This role is for a dedicated and passionate teacher of History.

This is a contract full-time position for term 3, commencing Monday 16 July and ending Friday 14 September 2018, covering a staff member on long service leave.

The role includes teaching Year 10 History, 2xYear 8 History and 2xYear 7 History classes.

The College reserves the right to interview and employ a successful candidate before the closing date.

Please note:

  1. Applicants are required to supply the name, address and telephone number of three referees, two of whom must be able to comment on the applicant’s professional work (or training), during the past five years.
  2. An employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) or Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration is required to be undertaken by any persons working in the field of education who may come into contact with children without direct supervision. The WWCC is valid for a five (5) year period and the VIT for one year.
  3. The successful applicant will be required to produce original copies (from which a photocopy will be made) of transcripts of qualifications claimed.
