The College is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated person for this diverse senior personal assistant role.

The primary function of the position is to provide assistance, secretarial and administrative, to the Deputy Principal.

This position requires a very high level of confidentiality and attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.

This is a fixed term full time contract position replacing a staff member on parental leave. This role is initially for seven months with the possibility of extension.

Position commences before the 2 August 2021, additional time allocated before this date for handover will be required.

The College reserves the right to interview and employ a successful candidate before the closing date.

  1. Applicants are required to supply the name, address and telephone number of three referees, two of whom must be able to comment on the applicant’s professional work (or training), during the past five years.
  2. An employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) or Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration is required to be undertaken by any persons working in the field of education who may come into contact with children without direct supervision. The WWCC is valid for a five (5) year period and the VIT for one year.
  3. The successful applicant will be required to produce original copies (from which a photocopy will be made) of transcripts of qualifications claimed.
  4.   5. Remuneration for any position at St Leonard’s College is in accordance with the St Leonard’s College Agreement 2020.
