The College is seeking a committed person for this rewarding position.

The requirements of the position are to coordinate the Swim School program, including schedules for students and staff, communication with the stakeholders and budget management. It includes a wide range of administrative, IT and public relations duties associated with the Swim School.

This is a part time permanent position, 25 hours per week, commencing Monday 16 January 2023.

This position includes 4 weeks annual leave to be taken at a mutually agreed time, preferably in College deemed term breaks. Also included is extra College shut down days, usually four days per year.

  2. An employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) or Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration is required to be undertaken by any persons working in the field of education who may come into contact with children without direct supervision. The WWCC is valid for a five (5) year period and the VIT for one year.
  3. The successful applicant will be required to produce original copies (from which a photocopy will be made) of transcripts of qualifications claimed.
  4.
