The College is seeking an enthusiastic and committed person to join the exceptional catering team.

The successful person in this role will be passionate about preparing fresh and wholesome meals for children.

This is a permanent part-time term time position, equating to 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.  These are hours are 7.30am to 1.30pm, 5 days per week in College term time. There may be times when these hours will change when mutually agreed.

There will be an expectation to work at evening events, which is by mutually agreement. Any supplementary hours worked will be paid as additional hours.

The College reserves the right to interview and employ a successful candidate before the closing date.

  1. Applicants are required to supply the name, address and telephone number of three referees, two of whom must be able to comment on the applicant’s professional work (or training), during the past five years.
  2. An employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) or Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration is required to be undertaken by any persons working in the field of education who may come into contact with children without direct supervision. The WWCC is valid for a five (5) year period and the VIT for one year.
  3. The successful applicant will be required to produce original copies (from which a photocopy will be made) of transcripts of qualifications claimed.
  4.   5. Remuneration for any position at St Leonard’s College is in accordance with the St Leonard’s College Agreement 2023.
