Applications are invited for a dedicated and inspirational teacher of Psychology with experience in teaching VCE Psychology. Familiarity in teaching International Baccalaureate Psychology would be advantageous.

A decision is pending as to whether this role will be full time or part time.

This role, covering a staff member on leave, would commence at the start of the 2017 school year, Thursday 19 January, the new staff induction day and end Friday 15 September 2017.

The College reserves the right to interview and employ a successful candidate before this date.

  1. Applicants are required to supply the name, address and telephone number of three referees, two of whom must be able to comment on the applicant’s professional work (or training), during the past five years. One referee should be of a current or most recent employer.
  2. An employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) or Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration is required to be undertaken by any persons working in the field of education who may come into contact with children without direct supervision. The WWCC is valid for a five (5) year period and the VIT for one year. All teachers must have a current VIT registration.
  3. The successful applicant will be required to produce original copies (from which a photocopy will be made) of transcripts of qualifications claimed.
